Contract Management Benchmarking 2015 Webinar | ||
Register now! https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/3014546787953279490 The CMB survey is in its fifth year and includes many leading businesses and organisations, over 130 in 2014 alone, who have also been involved in networking and sharing best practice The webinar will discuss and present ways to use your CMB results and turn benchmarking theory into practical action. Contract Management is rapidly emerging as an area that most organisations now realise needs more attention. Unfortunately this is sometimes driven in reaction to high profile contract failures, however, contract managers need to be on the front foot instead of reacting to contractors and suppliers and create the circumstances where suppliers can perform and improved performance can be delivered. Traditional contract management techniques focused on governance and risk management have been found wanting at a time when every business needs to deliver more for less. Don’t wait for it to go wrong – get ahead of the curve and find out what others are doing. We hope you can join us to hear about how to use your survey results better and CMB development for 2015. The webinar will be hosted by SCMG who developed and have hosted and managed the CMB survey for RBSG since 2011. The webinar will be chaired by Martin Murphy of SCMG who has managed the project since 2011 who will be joined by a number of panellists who will share their own experiences. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. |
