We deliver a variety of training workshops and events for clients as integral parts of assignments but also as stand alone in house or public events.

Our training menu includes standard workshops in key areas of strategy, managing change, procurement and logistics.  We run regular events and seminars with a number of key partners and speak regularly at major conferences and seminars.

We run workshops for small groups and events for up to 300 participants.  Training and workshops are key to raising awareness and aligning colleagues with current and complex issues facing your business and supply chain.

We have run events or have had participants from a wide variety of organisations including London Underground, NHS Trusts, BP, Maersk, Shell, BG Group, Department of Work and Pensions, Chivas, PGS Production Limited, Weatherford, Mitsui Babcock, Bacardi Martini, National Australia Group, Thus plc, Cheltenham Borough Council, Welcom plc, Avecia, Kier Homes, Yorkshire Forward, Defence Estates, FMC Energy Systems, Balfour Beatty, Raytheon, Cairn Energy, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Intellectual Assets Centre and the Supplier Development Programme run by Glasgow City Council amongst others.

We have also worked with a number of organisations including the Department of Trade and Industry where we have developed self-help packs, programmes and material for in-house use as a train the trainers approach.
